I come to NYC once a year for a conference at the end of March. I am always looking for great restaurants to entertain clients, and Le Pavillon did not disappoint. Everyone was blown away by the meal - food quality and prep was creative and excellent. Although the server said it is a "seafood forward" restaurant, I really want to come back to try their land-animal based dishes (which I will certainly do). I had the black bass as the main which was fabulous, and my clients had the duck and the lobster. All excellent. Wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am a particular pain to deal with because I am dairy-free but Le Pavillon accommodated me with no problems. They also have a good non-alcoholic selection of mocktails and a few N/A beers to enjoy.

I’ve been in New York for the past 10 days and have dined out every night, and I can honestly say that Le Pavillon was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Everything about the evening was exceptional - the service, the attention to detail, the food, the presentation, and the beautiful ambiance. Every element felt thoughtful and perfectly executed. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and recommended a fabulous wine from the Jura region that I truly enjoyed and would likely have never discovered on my own. Thank you, Le Pavillon, for such a memorable experience. This is a truly outstanding restaurant and well deserving of all the accolades it receives. I will absolutely be back for more.

CAN’T GET ENOUGH. NYC MUST VISIT Fine dining with classic French flavors is so rare these days. Fish soup, sweet bread, well executed chicken, of course the MUST HAVE lobster 🦞 special to celebrate legendary chef Paul Bocuse 100th bday. Plus, the wonderful herbal grilled avocado 🥑 and Buddha’s hand dessert. We rearranged other dinners/ lunch plans, and dined at Le Pavilion 2 dinners in our 3 nights trip.

Le Pavillon was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, precise, and effortlessly elegant — exactly what you would expect from a world-class dining experience. The **six-course tasting menu** was truly the star of the evening. Each course felt like a carefully composed piece of art: beautifully plated, perfectly balanced, and layered with flavors that unfolded with every bite. The progression of the menu was thoughtful and refined — light, vibrant starters evolving into deeper, richer flavors that showcased both technique and creativity. What made the experience even more memorable was the **impeccable service**. Every detail was anticipated before we even had to ask. The staff explained each course with passion and precision, making the entire meal feel like a curated culinary journey rather than just dinner. The ambiance at **Le Pavillon** is elegant yet relaxed, with a dining room that feels both grand and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and you can truly savor every moment of the experience. If you appreciate exceptional cuisine, flawless service, and a dining experience that feels thoughtfully orchestrated from start to finish, the six-course tasting at Le Pavillon is absolutely worth it. An unforgettable evening and easily one of the finest dining experiences in New York.
